Whitelist our Email Address

Words such as "cute" and "hot" and phrases such as "Big Discount" and "Limited Time Only" are often used in our emails and newsletters, but they can also trigger the anti-spam filters used at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others.

To insure our news gets to your Inbox please first check your Spam or Bulk Mail folder and mark items there "Not Spam", then move them to the Inbox. Next, be sure to Whitelist the following names and email addresses.

For TrueModels.com Subscription, Password Issues & News Emails We Use:

staff@truemodels.com

For Customer Service Issues We Use:

truemodels.com@gmail.com

Note about Yahoo - Over the years we've discovered that Yahoo is the worst email system for fans of models. The filtering they use tends to capture too many of the words we use in a normal email such as "cute", "beautiful" and even the term "TrueModels", unless the sender is on their preferred list. We've never been able to get one of our sites on that list. If you often have issues with our emails arriving at your Yahoo inbox, please consider switching to a more user friendly service.
